Problem Statement

With ongoing issues with ebikes around the city this was a concept design made to tackle the issues

Who are the users and what are they saying?

"I was stuck with the bike, was unable to unlock it due to connection problems."
"My bike broke midway through the ride. The App charged me twice."
"I was stuck with a bike as it broke halfway, battery down so unable to end ride."
"Don’t like to pay for security deposit, just want to try if it is worth or not"
